Synthesites has developed, manufactured and installed 16 durable flow and cure sensors able to be in direct contact with carbon fibres for a RTM mould that is used by Safran to manufacture curved test panels. In this paper, we are showing that the online monitoring of resin arrival, viscosity, and Tg can provide the means for an effective flow and cure control of the process.
